Maybe we should root for 18-year-olds to hit Unlucky for Life, in fact, restrict sales to ONLY 18-year-olds.

it wouldn't surprise me, but i think they may give revamping it a shot first. personally, they need to do something to boost sales. i could see PA throwing in the towel on lucky for life lotto. it's almost as if they saw the low ticket sales coming when they offered such a low top prize. also, PA needs to watch out. in the dvent of a future winner, and crappy ticket sales, they could wind up losing money for years.
