they have a huge population. also, new york has sold two jackpot tickets that went unclaimed after a year. also, WA's jackpot winner was in 2002, not 2003. new york's 125 million jackpot winner was in 2003, and the 105 million one was in 2002. the 63 million new york one was in 2002 (xmas eve). all of GA's jackpots came in 2003. i think that's all the mistakes you made on that.

the washington state lottery site has a list of the date, state and the amount won.....but it doesn't list the winners names
