			<description><![CDATA[<p>it would, but it would be really hard to do because a rolling jackpot for life could generate loads of ticket sales, but the thing is that with a win for life game in which there is a rolling jackpot, no amount of ticket sales could be enough to pay out even the top prize, and there is the possibility of an 18 year-old winning the top prize, and bankrupting the lottery.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Jimmy yea you can sell your ideas to anybody that&#x27;s interested in them there are some proper things you need to do to protect yourself. There is a story on lottery post about a man who did make his own unique lottery game for scratch off and sold the idea. I don&#x27;t know where that post is, maybe someone else does. Any way ideas are worth money especially new ideas. You have to protect the idea so they don&#x27;t steal it from you.
