but the fact that someone from the lottery knew where the winning tickets were placed is a HUGE problem. as was the case with this scandal, friends of lottery employees are eligible to recieve prizes (i'm pretty sure), just so long as they don't live with the employee. all it takes is one slip of the mouth, and the friends of the employee will be able to purchase the winning ticket. i'm surprised this scandal did not make national news.

Just a little note to all players to let them know that most prizes are small change,most of the time I win a free ticket or two dollars nothing big.

Did anyone see the news today where they said a Hoosier lottery employee told his friend to go to a certain store and buy all the tickets to a certain scratch off and won a big jackpot. So this let me and my husband note they know where they put the big winners.
