			<description><![CDATA[<p>I forgot to mention that in the past 2 days combined(Nov 9th and 10th) the Indiana midday pic4 had abosultely zero straight winners and zero  straight combos. Thats for 2 days! The total prize payout for the pic 4 midday for these 2 days combined totaled 3,860. Does that seem a little low? No straight winner</p>]]></description>
