Powerball Is Going Computer!! Get Ready!!
With the recent draws of the new Powerball and Powerball location. It is obvious that the MUSL has begun the process of converting to Computer Generated Numbers (CGN). The Power Play number is now determined by Computer. This is how the MUSL has decided to slither the CGN into the Powerball. First, the test, see if anyone notices. Second, desensitize people to the fact that the numbers are CGN. Third, add brilliant graphics to divert attent...

Finally an expert opinion on why Eddie Tipton's parole was delayed.
When the other gentlemen in the prison
Don't know a thing about prison life or causes of prison fights but Eddie never made a dime from the Hot Lotto drawing he rigged because MUSL never paid out the jackpot. They did settle with Larry Dawson for $1.5 million from his lawsuit.
Maybe...

Powerball Going Computer???
Probability suggests that Powerball will go to Computer Generated Numbers.
It's based on the fact that 3/4 of the games already offered by the MUSL are Computer Generated Numbers.
Time is a factor also, time to test the new system.
It's nearing its end and so probably will Powerball's Ball Drawn Numbers.
Also, the magic act is hard to maintain... is Powerball Going Computer?...

The OTHER business I would start if I hit the PB
My own research lab
HyperSoniQ Innovations
and the first order of business is research into ideas I have about alternative energy vehicles, and alternative energy in general.
This would be the springboard for every idea I have had that would require research and development to get to market (or just to get to a patent which can be licenced to a manufacturer).
Once a decent management team is in place at the skatepark, here is where I would spend the majority of my time...

MS Access for PowerBall
Ahh the challenges of designing a database.
After much thinking and a quick review of the Designing a database book I used to study for my MCDBA, I have come to the realization that my entire suite of excel workbooks can be reduced to 2 tables and a few carefully crafted queries... Added bonuses,
1) new filters can be added as easily as dropping in a new query.
2) once complete, a few minor changes can be made to convert to any game
3) I can backtest...

Which state[s] is hand counting their Powerball ticket sales??
Fifty years ago race tracks knew every bet, recorded those bets before the race, showed the odds on each horse or dog, and showed the total bet on each horse seconds after the race started. But with over $2 billion up for grabs one twenty-first century high tech state lottery took hours probably using an abacus to tally the count.
Saw where 3.5 million less tickets were bought for Monday than for Saturday's drawing. That still created a 90% chance of at least one winning...

powerball 180M just a few hours away
should be interesting for a winner faced with 2 options
1. Annuity: after tax consists of 30 payments of $3,900,000 they will deduct the 27% and the winner will need to pay $480,000 each year to hit the current tax rate (will go up as the top tax rate goes up)
2. Cash: after tax one-time payment of $56,680,000 (you owe $6,976,000 during the next year in...
