Tucker Black, what you said is true but every pit boss and shift boss I worked for said any $1 bet that might win a million dollars is a good bet. This all started when the casino I was working in at the time offered to pay $1 million if any piece of Skylab landed on the casino property! If I remember right it landed somewhere in the ocean close to Australia. maybe i am mixing up my lottery murder stories, but i read about one of these lottery scammers who got their start as a casino scammer. something about reusing old bingo cards. and then when they got banned from the casino for their bingo scam they started doing lottery scams.
