MADDOG'S Powerball Challenges (Discussion)
Stack47 says, It's obvious that Laplace had been dead for many years when Norman Vincent Peale wrote The Power of Positive Thinking and never heard the term A dollar for a dream .
I suppose this means you think you can have an effect on the balls in the draw by directed thoughts. If this is true, what about the effects of the millions of others who may be hoping for a different outcome?
You just don't get it. I have dealt at LP (with you nipping at my heels) with every question you ask or

Study these numbers. Look for patterns. Numbers that repeat tend to hit.

I am repeating this post since the new year is so close. It is about your numerological personal year based on your birth date and month.
To find your personal year add your birth date, month, and 2010.
Example:
I was born August 17 1949. Drop the birth year to calculate your personal year. Replace it with the year coming up. (Or any past year if you want to test it)
To do my personal year I will add 08 17 2011 and reduce it to a single number by addition.
(Month) 0+8 (day) +1+7 (

Looking at a huge Vulture
@MANGOSKIN
Thank you for stopping by and posting.
Arrived in MI this morning. Stopped by an old friends house. In her drive way is a dead skunk and a Huge Vulture. I beieve something very odd is going on! Two vultures in less than 24 hours? I used to live up North and never saw them before. I'm wondering what this all means? Maybe he followed me from Chicago? If so, I beleve he's trying to tell me something. Gotta study the life of a Vulture (buzzard). Here are some interesting facts. The

Lucky and unlucky Scratch-off ticket numbers
I stick to a handful of games, but occasionally I will buy other tickets. I think a good mixture is OK, but I would get really good at a game, and play it a fair amount if you do well at it. It will be easier to win a game in my opinion, if you play it consistently. If I had to choose, I would say $5 tickets give me the best return on my money, and that is what I mainly play, along with $10 tickets. I would say that I might spend 2/3 of my money on $5 games, and most of the remainder on $10 game

RL,
I suspect you didn't take my advice above and study the Gambler's Fallacy at wikipedia.
You also need to understand the concepts of Variance, Standard Deviation, and Confidence Intervals. All of your comments above refer to short term results and based solidly in your belief in the Gambler's Fallacy. If you REALLY believe a particular game system in your state is currently biased one way or another, you should contact your state Representatives and call for an investigation! Before you

NEIGHBORS Mirror combinations
NEIGHBORS are used to classify hits and are frequently used for pick 3 games. There are many different systems and methods to classify digits and sets of digits (e.g. 562 is drawn and is the set. The digits of the set are 5, 6, 2).
So among the many ways people have developed to classify the history of draws, NEIGHBORS are just one way.
The strength of using NEIGHBORS is in simplification. Instead of 1,000 combinations in P3, you have 125 NEIGHBORS that represent all those combinations, in

Why do people play QP's?
I play both QP's and my own playslips.
Studies have shown that is the smartest thing to do.
Who's studies have shown that , you might ask?
Well mine, but they're very reliable in my opinion.
How do you know the studies are reliable , you might ask?
Because I did a follow-up questionaire on the results.
And what was the response to the questionaire?
Overwhelmingly in favor of my findings.
And how many questionaires were returned?
Well the initi
