Being a state agency and having a fiduciary responsibility to the taxpayers (Insert NOTE: NOT the players) of Indiana, the Hoosier Lottery does indeed limit the number of players betting on a specific sequence of numbers each draw. Sure thing Solo! The reason some draws we use different pair setups is based on the gap or the reverse gap . Let's start with the reverse gap, as it's easier to understand. A reverse gap is usually when a draw contains 2 numbers that are a double or a false double. So let's us the 66 example. For the reverse gap, all we want to figure out is, what's 1 number above the double numbers and what's 1 number below the double numbers. In the case of 66, the result would be 75. 1 up
