Filters patterns probabilities study # 1
This a a new filters series, I don't know if it will be any-good or not and or how long it might last.It will be a non-math probabilities series as I hardly know any math myself, not that I can't learn if I really want to, but to win on the daily games and or on the pick 3 all the math that you really need to know is addition, substraction and just maybe some fractions and percentages. As to language skills, well you need to be able to understand what I and some other people here tell you about h

How many combinations to win MM with ?
LANTEN writes:Maybe I should study computer programming, RJOH says that he uses GWBasic and that he then compiles it with QuickBasic or some other program and that GWBasic does the filter jobs just fine, maybe I should try that myself ?Also, I need to start checking other Jackpot programs.Maybe I will start to study programming with good old Commodore 64 Basic (Basic v2) and work up from there to GWBasic and maybe even other programming languages ?And see if I can understand and work with them

More on the Hoosier Lottery...
I recently wrote the Hoosier Lottery with the following comments: I noticed something when I checked my PowerBall tickets today. At the top of each ticket is printed the following message: Remember draw time is now 9:59 PM EST! Sales cut off is one hour before the drawing. As far back as I can remember, sales cutoff has always been one half-hour prior to the drawing. When did this change take place, and when did you announce it? IC 4-30-3-5, Sec. 5 states,

Quantum Physics
We need some quantum physics implemented in the predictions software. In addition we probably need PC hardware(working together with the prediction software) which is able to peek into the future. The only problem I can see with that is that the balls in lottery drawings appear to perform somewhat to electrons described in a theorem known as Bell's Inequality. Einstein's fixed universe, full of rules and patterns everything has to obey at every level from sub-atomic upward, was conclusively di

Trending
Articles like this make me think of nailing a 4x8 white sheet of Melamine to the wall with pin striping for grid lines so I have a chart of the trending numbers big enough to really work with.Trending is like Skip and Hit, but more like Leap Frogging. You study the chart for a feel of what's coming next based on what's been before. Remember random is like a drunken walk and we're trying to predict the next step. The perameters are established by say the curbs or the size of the game, and we kn

Tenn. Lottery Director Gets Pay Cut
Tennessee Lottery director Rebecca Paul is getting a pay cut under a new plan adopted by the states lottery board Monday.Paul said she anticipated a drop in incentive pay because the $350,000 in bonuses she received for the first year was based on a very aggressive startup schedule. The recommendations of an approximately $85,000 independent study were approved by the Tennessee Education Lottery Corporation (TEL) board and would set Pauls salary at a total of $577,000. The salary assumes a $350,0

When to Play the Lottery
Phokas...please point out where I said many long years of study makes predetermination come about. Where did I say I could identify the lottery winners? The answer, I didn't. I said after my years of study I'm telling you that there is such a thing as predetermination. I never said my name was predeterminationnand I could make things happen. My preoccupation with football is correct...thaty's because that is where I've spent most of my time trying to break the football code. Didn't I menti
