Why does America still tax lottery winners?. People act as if it is normal, it's not. Look around the world and you see what I mean. Whenever they post a big jackpot and people are jumping up and down, I just look at it as half of what is posted. The kicker is that when I win, Uncle Sam gets paid before l even see a dime.
