Best Scratch Off State
What is your favorite state to buy scratch-offs? I'll put my money (no pun intended :-p) with New York. Large variety and large prizes compared to bordering states. I have not one any of the larger prizes, but I have had luck winning some medium sized prizes. Pennsylvania also has a good variety for the value of the dollar.
In the states I've been to, I have to give the thumbs down to Delaware. The top prizes are few and most prizes are break-evens. The $20 ticket they sell has been on sale f

Demise of Instant Powerball Millionaire.
I'm surprised that no one has mentioned this before. As of the end of this month, the instant Powerball Millionaire Scratch game is history. These games varied by name and format, from state to state, but basically, mpost costs $3, and offered a grand prize of a trip to Las Vegas, to be on TV. (The last telecast is in September).Ours in Pa. (there were actually 2 of them for a while) had pretty good odds and payouts compared to the average $3 game. I've played in Delaware and West Virginia,

Lotto Czar,Some comments for you.By the end of January I stop playing X-mas tickets. The reason? Lots are given as gifts to people who don't play the lottery on a regular bases. They overlook lots of winners and throw them away. A perfect example is my girlfriend. She only plays the lottery when Powerball gets above $100 million, and only then if I remind her. I gave her one of those $20 tickets with a guaranteed prize of $10 at Christmas. She threw it away!As for claiming The Big One. I'd perso

I had a few decent $1000 hits.. Nothing above that.
Two December's ago I bought a $20 holiday ticket at a place right near my home. Won $20.. I was about to go back in and get another but thought let me get another where I am going today (PA Delaware border). Stopped in the last store on 202 before going into DE and cashed it and got another $20... Won $1000!
Haven't been back to that store until last week.. Stopped in and picked up a $10 ticket and won $100!

I don't much like the scratchers.
I hate them. Predetermined, and absolutely no skill can be applied. But of course I am sure o woman who lives in my neck of the woods does not think the same.BETHLEHEM WOMAN WINS TOP PRIZE IN $1 MILLION BLOCKBUSTER INSTANT GAME, TWICE --> Goeppert Wins $1 Million in January And Again In JuneMIDDLETOWN: June 13, 2005: Pennsylvania Lottery Executive Director Ed Mahlman this afternoon announced that Donna Goeppert, 55, of Bethlehem, Northampton County, is the latest winner of the top prize in the

But the losing ticket(s) you can send in for a drawing and they choose one person from each Powerball state to appear on a weekly show in Vegas with the grand prize being the potential to win a million dollars. Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
Gatorsrok, I don't know what the serial number was of the ticket I played today (since I scratched it right away), but the serial number I traded in today was 1,008, something. I didn't know about the 930,000 number.
I just find it hard to believe that no big prizes have been found like you said for 2 weeks. It's clear FL's got a lot of bulk buyers that are buying the remaining stock like crazy, even faster than normal. A high traffic area like Publix is almost out of them. If the prizes do e

I played 2 $5 tickets when I was in Virginia. I was surprised that the odds seemed worse than in MD judging from the 2 tickets I got.
$5 The Venetian Las Vegas (#7)- won $5 (Odds 1:4.3)
$5 Diamond 7's (#21)- lost (Odds 1:4.27)
I bought some tickets in MD. I wasn't going to play much but I was tempted to try the new $20 1 again. Lost $ on that 1 but still managed to break even.
4 $20 Millionaire (#1-4)- won $50 on #4
2 $5 Crossword- won $10, $30 was surprised to win

I just got back from the beach today and felt lucky so I bought a few tickets.
2 $5 Crossword Tripler- $5
1 $5 Red Line Bingo- $10
2 $3 Fruit Twist Crossword- $3
