Does Anyone know what the Z's and B's are on scratchers??Reply
In Delaware it usually means a loser but, anything over $100.00 you will see those type of letters. I know it sounds confusing but, if you lived here long enough you would get the hang of it. For example..... $1.00----one $2.00----two $3.00----thr $4.00----for $5.00----fiv and it goes on up to $100.00 which is hun and after that you will start to see Bs Zs Ps and Ls. A lot of people just passing through are not aware of that and they will see a P or Z and throw the ticket awa

Do these states have the three digit validation codes?
I'm working on a project and I'd like to know if the following states use the three digit validation codes. Example: FIV = $5.00 Arkansas Connecticut Delaware Florida Georgia Indiana Kansas Kentucky Nebraska New Mexico North Dakota Oklahoma Rhode Island Tennessee I'm from Ohio so I don't know if these states use validation codes. Any information that you can give would be helpful.
