Three Calgary friends claim $50M lottery prize after 17 years playing together
Hahaha looks like you've just opened up an investigation. What's the case number again?? They played and had their share of fun and that's all that matters - it's not on us to open an inquiry lol

VIDEO: Dee Dee Moore killed Florida Lottery winner Abraham Shakespeare... now she wants a new trial
The biggest tell that indicates she did in fact kill Shakespeare is the fact that she changed her story three times. Most murderer's do the exact same thing. They see the police are closing in on them when the cops tell them their investigation revealed things that point to the suspects guilt. So their story changes. She's a screwball, she killed him, got convicted and was sent to prison where she'll eventually die. G5

Massachusetts store clerk indicted after stealing lottery ticket worth $3 million from customer
I can understand video evidence of someone throwing a ticket into a garbage can demonstrates intent to abandon a ticket. Video evidence of someone accidentally and unknowingly dropping a ticket to my mind does not demonstrate intent. They simply lost their ticket. If at a later point in time I find it lying on the ground, and it's not signed on the back, then it's mine. Unless I actually saw the person drop it, I'd have no way of knowing who originally bought it so that I could return it to

Massachusetts store clerk who tried to steal customer's $3M lottery prize sentenced to probation
A Massachusetts store clerk embroiled in the unique case involving a $3 million lottery ticket admitted Friday that she tried to cash in on the winnings, despite knowing they belonged to someone else. Carly Nunes, 24, had a choice when she discovered the ticket had been left behind. The decision she made resulted in multiple criminal charges of larceny and fraud. In Brockton Superior Court on Friday, Nunes admitted there was enough evidence to find her guilty of one of those felony indic

DC man sues the lottery after incorrect numbers posted on website would have won him $340 million
The plot thickens, I think there needs to be a complete investigation. 1. Does the alleged winner know the techies? 2. Birthday numbers??? only see a couple. 3. Does he have other tickets with the exact numbers? Sumptin fishy

What is the cloudfare verifocation about?
Hey all, a quick update on the Cloudflare bot checking thing. After some investigation I was able to (I think) figure out how to adjust the sensitivity of the bot checking. In other words, to hopefully make it appear less often (or not at all). I just adjusted the settings down to their lowest sensitivity, so let's see if it has any effect. Starting the date/time of this post, see if you have fewer bot checks that happen. I'd love to see them go away completely (for everyone except a

Lawyer Reccomends NOT To Sign Ticket??
I agree 110%. Signing a ticket with a foolish statement like that or with any type of doodles would likely trigger a full investigation by the state lottery. It seems to signify a lack of honesty and possible criminal intent. 1. Make a million copies of your ticket. 2. Even in a fully anonymous state like Maryland, I would still put a trust name. The worst a state lottery could say is we do not allow trusts. It would not void the ticket and they would then have to allow you to sign your

$1 BILLION: Powerball jackpot hits milestone for 3rd time
Yes I know it is a curious bit of research. I just wanted to let the non believers know that birthday numbers are jackpot winners just like any other numbers. At least the experts are always saying don't play birthday numbers because one would be leaving out numbers over 31 and the jackpot would most likely be shared with others with the same numbers. No matter what number one plays it has a chance of being a winner. A lot of us remember the tv show Lost which aired from 2004 -2010. The cha

$1.08 billion Powerball lottery winner Yanira Alvarez filed claim for jackpot over five months ago
Lottery Post investigates lengthy delay in public announcement By Kate Northrop At the end of March, the California Lottery announced Yanira Alvarez as the sole winner of the $1.08 billion Powerball jackpot drawn on July 16, 2023, but it turns out the winner presented the winning ticket to lottery officials months earlier. The California Lottery's official announcement of Yanira Alvarez as the lone winner of the $1.08 billion Powerball jackpot came more than five months after she fil

$2B Powerball winner spotted in $250,000 vintage Porsche 911
I wonder exactly how much cash is in that fat envelope of cash he's holding while exiting the bank. Not that it's any of my business (because it's not) and I don't care either, but.... If he withdrew more than $10,000 in cash, the bank is required by law to ask him what's he going to do with it. Depending upon the answer given to the bank, it could result in the bank electronically submitting a SAR to the U.S. Treasury Department's FinCEN (Financial Crimes Enforcement Network) for their
