I gave up on scratchers. And with all the changes in the second chance rules, especially the phasing out of the end of game jackpots, why bother?

DR.. Nice wins. I private messaged you the other day. Did you buy that Jackpot ticket at the Turkey Hill we talked about earlier this year? I was up that way tonight and got tickets there and another place up the road. I did get 2 jackpots, so I hope you tell me you got yours elsewhere :) My tickets are 14/15...

Yeah I got two of those Instant Jackpots with my winnings, both in the low 20 numbers, and both losers. They are definitely making dead spots in the low 20s on Instant Jackpot - I have had enough lately to know.

I have baught tons of the gold rush and $10 jackpots and not one winner talking $300 worth of tickets and not one winner not even s free ticket I'm done for long time maybe next month. You would think they make enough money to put a free ticket in thereafter 4 $20 tics in a row.

Good luck, Chris! Wish I could play in different states more often. PA odds are a quarter to a half point too low compared to many other states. For example, 1 in 3.25 for $20 tickets while other states have under 1 in 3. Also jackpots are lower in PA for similarly priced tickets compared to other big states. Combined with seeing so many losers and ticket value, am not a happy PA Lottery player.

Happy Birthday scratchers
Has anyone tried the Happy Birthday scratchers?.... I brought 1 (one) ticket since the game started and it did not appeal to me....and I brought it on my birthday!!....Has anyone had any luck... this ticket has been around for quite some time. After checking the stats on some scratch tickets, this one seems to have the highest number of jackpots remaining ?????

I agree. I've probably gotten 6-8 JACKPOTs with $2.00 all. First time I got it I almost fainted until I scratched the $2 under it.

Does anyone in each of the state lottery offices know where the winning tickets are for sale? Does any one person know in which pack the jackpots are and where they end up?

Considering the odds of hitting $500 on most $5 tickets are about 1 in 3,000 or so, I'd say the odds on the Frenzy game are obviously far better. I like the elimination of the $6 prize tier in favor of $10. I also like the idea of lower jackpots with exponentially better odds; $500 is nothing to sneeze at. However, I wouldn't chase that prize. The last thing you want to do is spend $500--or more--and only have $50 be your biggest win or something.
