Actually if you guys have noticed every time the TLC website tardiness has drawn comments on this thread, it has universally coincided with significant Powerball jackpots. I noticed the website has became slow always before and after Powerball jackpots of significance are up for play. i'm not wild about the tri-state lottery. they use ball machines, but they do not televise their drawings. they make the drawings available on www.nhlottery.org. regardless, they really should televise the drawings. also, megabucks jackpots haven't been growing too much, and now that maine has gone multi-state doesn't help the megabucks jackpots. heads or tails has been a big flop. it's just too hard to win the $50,000 top prize, and even the $25,000 second prize is hard to win too. maybe if the
