New York Lottery reviews couriers in state following Texas Lottery controversy
Yes, there can be more than one winner. But they could never win the total jackpot if one or the other bought all the combinations.
So when that happens the prize you're playing for is not the prize on the ticket, but half what it says. You could claim you were enticed or misled to buy the ticket due to the large prizes when the dot com who sold the ticket knew you could not possibly win the total jackpot.
This same dot com is under investigation by the DOJ and facing lawsuits from inve

Texas Lottery says NJ group tried to buy another Lotto Texas jackpot
Comes to mind a good example is Texas Cash 5.
It's played 6 nights a week and the jackpot is. Ever larger than $25000 whether it's won or not. And the state is liable for up to $75000.
I guess a better term would be a non-rollover game.
And thinking about the term group. I should be more clear using that as well. We're not talking work groups or a small party of friends spending $50 to $500.
By group we're talking a party organized with the intent, or an organization (like the i

Texas Lottery
The state tried to rectify the problem several years age as Rcbuckeye mentioned.
They instituted two policies
1. Tickets were to be purchased at a physical terminal within state boundaries
2. That to qualify to be a licensed retailer a person, business or entity must sell other products and not sell lottery as a sole business. That meant things like liquor, tobacco, groceries, gas, etc.
Once this took effect, former director Gary Grief took a trip to California to woo a certain

A man is suing Taco Bell over its allegedly skimpy fillings. New Yorker Frank Siragusa filed a class-action lawsuit yesterday alleging that Taco Bell engages in unfair and materially misleading advertising. Siragusa said the chain s Mexican Pizza and Crunchwraps have half as much meat or bean filling as its ads suggest. He is seeking over $5 million in damages.

How would you feel if this happened to you? Read my story.
For some reason I see too many red flags in this story to take it serious.
I usually test the machine to see if it will take a play slip because of problems in the past with lotto machines. Well, the machine literally ate the first playslip.
But instead of pressing one of QP or scratch-off buttons you put more money into the machine?
So, I insert the same play slip 3 more times until I was out of credits. ------------- I was super pissed that I had 5 of the same plays.

Judge rules $560M Powerball lottery winner can stay anonymous
I wonder if she'll be outed through FOIA?
Maybe. At best the article is a very brief summary of the ruling and perhaps description is a better word. Of course it's what the ruling actually says that matters. Taking the article at face value, let's assume that the lottery can only use the name of the trust and her home town in any press release or marketing. What should we make of this?
However, Temple noted that nothing in his order could be interpreted to prevent the lottery commission
