If you won Saturday's Powerball jackpot
Once your name/hometown is associated with a huge jackpot, all the money in the world isn't going to buy back your peace and quiet afforded by anonymity.Fifth cousins (thrice removed) will be less likely to hit you up for startup capital for their great new business opportuniy... if you skip the trust and then someone catches you in a frivelous lawsuit (also now more likely, may as well buy shirts with target symbols on them), now they KNOW about all the marbles and will settle for a small for

A verbal Lottery joke agreement wouldn't hold up in Court, would it?
If it gets to court its not a joke. Think about that. Nobody is going to file a lawsuit and go to court claiming it was all a joke. You can claim it was a joke all you want, but what did the other party think? If you find yourself in court he/she is not going to tell the judge, yeah, we were just joking. G

The $29.95 Non-Believerz
Four came up with a PB ball, posting only 4 numbers. Not 13 or more like you. BTW, you still whining about LO's? How's that lawsuit against LO's coming along? Oh, you haven't? Why? Chicken???

Pick 3 number
I'm glad i'm not the only one it happens to. I've reached the point after a couple of days where I can now laugh at it, but when I watched that number come up that night I was so upset because earlier that day something was nagging me to play that number again and I just didn't listen. Always follow those hunches! I consoled myself by remembering that it's just the way the wind blows and i'll win again eventually. Last year out of the blue a check appeared in my mailbox for $1,500 from some

Lottery Rigged 1/10,000 shot of hitting 1224
Uhhh, sure, if YOU say so. Cottoneyedjoe explained it very well. They're not rigging the game. Look, anybody that claims LO's are using a mainframe to keep them from winning $2 picking the megaball is so wacky, especially talking when talking about winning a lawsuit in court over it doesn't just have a screw loose, there's dozens of screws rattling around in their head (yours). What's really funny is you don't realize just how stupid you sound saying that stuff, we all get a good laugh ou

Predicting winning numbers? Fact or fiction?
Well...the solution to your problem is to hire a lawyer (if you can find one stupid enough to take your case) and see how your lawsuit would do. I'm not a lawyer and don't claim to be, but it doesn't take a lawyer to know that personal opinion is not proof. And you...don't have real proof, only opinion. Good luck!

Still say it is tampered lottery system!
I noticed a few strange things observing the lotto: Rigged by Eddie Tipton. Lawsuit and settlement. $4 million. Evidently, he was doing it for several years. Some say they did not fix the rigging and the numbers cycle every 3 months. The first years of the lotto a mobster won. FBI of course froze payment. Sometimes, if people play a lot of combinations at the last minute, draw results are announced hours after the draw. Quick pick system is rigged. Missing winning numbers if you play the fie

NC Education lottery you say?
Wouldn't it be interesting if some of those teachers filed a lawsuit for the NC Education Lottery to change its name...... NC teacher: Hey if it's really an education lottery we wouldn't be here protesting for more school funding, now would we? Think about that one.

Why do lottery jackpot winners win? LUCK or FATE?
Which part of this story would Fate ( if it existed ) have a hand in? Back in 2014, sex offender Timothy Poole officially won $3 million as part of a Florida lottery called Super Millions, but since he was a convicted pedophile, two of Poole s former victims sued him for the money. A judge in the civil lawsuit said the child molester would be allowed to keep and spend his money. Would it not suggest that Fate has a morbid sense of humor?...just asking.
