If you ran a pool...
Buying 100 tickets only proves that you bought 100 tickets, not that you were supposed to buy 100 tickets because there are 100 people in the pool. The only thing that's required to file a lawsuit is properly filled out paperwork and the filing fee. Since the individual winnings are relatively small, anyone who claims to have been a member can expect to continue working with most of the other members whether a lawsuit is successful or not. The unpleasantness of that prospect should at least

Tennessee Woman Sues Over "Test" Numbers
Well for one... this women needs to get a life and learn how to play PB. I would never rely on a voicemail with the winning numbers. I watch it on TV and then check the internet for the results. Even after doing all that if I thought I had the winning ticket I would then doulbe check the next day in the paper just to make sure.Last but, not least anyone hearing the recording of 1,2,3,4,5,6 should know those are not the winning numbers. If I'm reading this right that is what she thought the numbe

What if?
How would your ISP connect to your computer if they don't know where it is? If you still have dialup you could simply connect through a phone line that the phone company hasn't actually seen for years, but they still know where your end of it is. Even if your bill goes to PO box they know where you live. Of course if you live in a boarding house, or you connect through a neighbor's unsecured wireless gateway you'll be harder to find. If you were going to send threatening emails to the presiden

The Lottery Changed My Life TLCML
Perhaps his lawsuit turned his parents a bit squirrely. In biblical times this kid would have been stoned to death.Their mistake was giving this punk that much money to begin with.A minute of golf ball size stoning on the back, avoiding vital organs would have done the trick.

The Lottery Changed My Life TLCML
He lost his lawsuit. I think his argument was that his parents made promises to him to give him more $$$ and he relied on their promise, therefore breach. Court didnt buy it. But his parents came across as a bit squirrely. I dont think they were nice to the other son.

TLC's The Lottery Changed My Life~~ Thank you TEDDI
Quite a few. The gay couple who went house hunting; Brad Duke; the guy who bought the tepee hotels, the guy who bought into the Nascar team; that couple who won the lawsuit against the city (their restaurant went bust but they still have buckets of money left), the Vietnamese guy who built houses for his sons all in the same area, those are just the ones I remember off the top of my head.

Questions in Multiple States
Over the last several months we have seen a multitude of lawsuits filed. Are these players seeking a windfall through a lawsuit or do they have a valid case? Have you noticed the odds on your scratchoffs have gone down as has the payoff percentage? We need to restore honesty and fairness if we want a lottery check out Change.org in regards to Texas Lottery Commission. Everyone needs to start a similar petition in their own State to stop this deception.
