CASTING CALL: Looking for Lottery Winners for TLC's hit series "Lottery Changed My Life"
My question is why are they going to keep the title of the series Lottery Changed My Life when they want to also include people who came into sudden money through other means like the casino, a raffle, an inheritance, or a lawsuit? I think a more appropriate title in that case would be, How a Windfall Changed My Life.

Is it wrong to...?
If they get upset about you wanting to play the same numbers as them, then they weren't really a friend in the first place. $5M between 2 people is still a lot of money. If you play their numbers, it's the penalty they have to pay for you taking the time to play their numbers for them. If they don't want you to play their numbers, then they should get in their own car and go buy the ticket themself. A lawsuit over a case like this would be thrown out.

bankrupcy
I tell some of the kids I know who got shafted for CS when they were growing up to sue the deadbeat parent when they turn 18 for back CS. That way, regardless of what happens, that lawsuit is on the books and they can't make any money and not have to give the child some.

Opening A Private Offshore Bank Account for Gambling
... Mostly foreigners interested in ripping off an American with more money than judgement. They will happily set up an account for you ... then empty it. Even with that obstacle surmounted, the matter of privacy is relative. That is, you have to answer the question; who are you keeping the account private from? Nosey neighbor? Doable. Nosey lawsuit? No. Not if you want to be able to use it. There are better options. Nosey Gov't agency? See Nosey lawsuit .

Trash diving
Remember the old guy thta got the $1,000,000.00 or so dollar ticket from the trash and the other guy sued him, had a heart attack anad died a few months later, then his son took up the lawsuit? It was here on Lotto Post last year, I think. The older man always made a habit of scavenging and he hit it big. I can not remember what he ended up settling the suit for. Anybody remember?

Everyone seemed to have a lot of negative thoughts about this case, thought the two women had a plan or something, but read this A jury might decide whether a Fayette Coynty woman should receive half of a former housemate's $1 million state lottery jackpot during the October trial term. Why It Is Important to Remain Anonymous.
This is undoubtedly one of the most important posts that you will ever see at Lottery Post, and as someone who has posted on here for years, I honestly suggest that you read this very carefully! For months, I thought about what I would do if I won the lottery, and what my life would be like. I thought about where I would want to buy my tickets. Sometimes, I would think about being anonymous. Sometimes, I would think about whether to hold a news conference if I couldn't be anonymous i

Has anyone won?
Anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason and many of the cases concerning lottery winnings are frivolous, but the idea is to get the winners to agree to share rather than having the hassle and cost of going to court and waiting to collect their money.

mega millions or powerball
I like both MM and PB as my vote. However, I don't play PB because CA doesn't have it. I don't play MM because the pending lawsuit that could make CA not play MM and/or jackpot isn't reached 300 million. I do play MM and PB for fantasy picks only.
