$2 billion Powerball lottery winner Edwin Castro buys a third California mansion for $47 million
I sense this is a knee jerk reaction to keep his funds /investments out of his bank account. With his recent lawsuit concerning legitimacy of the original ticket. I can see him using the system to his advantage. Very thee well to him on this venture. He isn't living in these places - he is building his enterprise- For film locations and for high end foreign travelers to rent during their stays in the area.

IGT prevails in DOJ lawsuit; Wire Act only applies to sports betting
Great job by the IGT keeping the lawsuit alive until the judge was able to rule. Just because someone says you are in no danger of being prosecuted does not mean they cannot change their mind. Having a court order to back yo u up lets everyone sleep better.

Lottery pool goes to court after man with losing ticket demands share of $63.3 million prize
A lawsuit over a pool of players paying the lottery- that's a shocker. (I'm surprised that owners of a retailer selling lottery tickets can form a pool- legal in Australia apparently. I don't think it's permitted in NY or other states?).

California man claims winning $2.04 billion Powerball lottery ticket was stolen from him
The ticket has a time stamp and probably one on the video too. It's similar to the Iowa store video showing someone that looked a lot like Eddie Tippon purchasing a lottery ticket at the exact time and place the winning ticket was sold. The lawsuit doesn't say if Rivera even knows Castro but does say he doesn't know Reggie's last name. The judge will probably be confused too.
