Arrested for buy too many Lottery tickets?
I've heard of people being arrested not because they wanted to buy a lot of tickets but for cashing in too many winning tickets. There were some guys in Massachusetts that were successfully prosecuted for buying a huge amount of winners cheaply from people that originally bought the tickets and then cashing them in. G5

CA SuperLotto slow-build 6 months
That does not make sense either. They allow all kinds of federally illegal drugs to be sold openly there but for some reason it's a big crime to sell lottery tickets across state lines? Massachusetts found a way to sell across state lines so it can be done. Why wouldn't they want to take in more $$$?

I suspect your experience will be similar to mine because others I know that own lottery software have told me that their experience is the same as mine. My intention is NOT to discourage you with this pos

Why is This Happening?
Well Thrift, I agree with you up to a certain point. My take on randomness of the lottery is that it isn't as random as the purists say it should be. They think/live in a theoretical world. We live in the physical world. Introducing man made ping pong balls and a clear plastic lottery drum machine into the equation changes things a bit. There have been 72 Florida Fantasy5 drawings that saw a set of five winning numbers drawn twice since the game began in July of 2001. (8,000+ drawings)

Lotto Jackpot Questions
Prior to living Florida I was a resident of The State of New York. It was quite a few years ago (but I dont think it was more than 10 years ago) that The NY Lottery offered an online game called Sweet Million . It was a 6/40 game with 3,838,383 to 1 odds to win one million dollars provided you matched all six numbers that were drawn. It's hard to find an online game with odds that low to win a million dollars. Players absolutely hated the game. It had lousy lower tier prizes... the seco
