no check out 7/19/23 There were 36 2nd. place winners spread over 16 states. They each got 1 million. there were 3 2nd place winners in Massachusetts, Jane Busby is one of them, here she is displaying her 1 million dollar check this The pick 3, 4, and 5 games unfortunately are not in all states is not accurate. Actually, there are 5 states that do not sell any lottery. Alabama, Alaska, Hawaii, Nevada, and Utah.

I think you are getting a little mixed up. The 36 second prize winners each got 1M because each bought their own ticket. So there were 36 tickets that had the same numbers. In a lottery pool of say 10 people. You won't buy 10 duplicate tickets for each member. So if in your collection of tickets one wins the second prize. They won't ask you how many you are so that each gets their own 1M. I hope that makes sense. The pick 3, 4, and 5 games unfortunately are not in all states is n
