Landmark bill would ban computerized lottery drawings in Delaware
here's a way that may be cheaper to draw pick 3 and pick 4 games.build a slot machine. 3 slots for pick 3, and 4 slots for pick 4. the draw talent pulls the handle, and the slot machine goes to work. no balls to fill with lead paint. no air machines to break.

N.C. Senators Blast Lottery's Passage
Oh my...... I finally found something that Cash Only has said that I can agree with. You are so right. This has also got me thinking about Maryland's Govenor's quest for slots here. I oppose the idea frankly because I don't see how the State will benefit from it. It may help the Horse racing industry that is having financial difficulties. But I just don't care for slots.I know alot of people who love slots. And a few of them would put their last quarter in to a slot machine every week no matter w

Casino says no way to $62 million slot machine payout
If it was one of those multi location progressive slots, $62m is not unheard of. Those seem to have more than their fair share of malfunctions on wins and I avoid them unless it is a fun game like Wheel of Fortune, or my fave, the long gone Elvis Slots.
On the other hand, if the machine shows a payout of $62m on a single machine with a max $5k, then you go by the win chart stated on the machine. That's a no brainer and should be tossed out of court.
The article did not give enough info.

Indiana woman claims Blue Chip Casino owes her $28M
The current balance displayed was not related to a machine payout or machine jackpot. Part of the balance that displays when you check your card balance (like she did) are for promotional SLOT credits and can not be redeemed for cash. She thought she had won a promotional jackpot because this is where the casino promotional credits are displayed and show up. Not sure why she thought that was a cash winning, but either way, these promotions are for slot credits only.
Casinos are responsible f

Texas Lottery to expand ticket sales at checkout lanes
The KY race tracks have simulcast off track betting and some of them added slot machines and many of those machines are almost exactly the same as the slot machines in most casinos in other states. The only difference is the KY machines must have a horse racing theme, probably because of Kentucky state gambling laws.
Never been to Derby City Gaming, but according to their web site, those slots are like the ones at The Red Mile and the other seven slot machine casinos located in Kentucky. IMO

Table games are next; Maryland lawmakers worried
Standing in front a screen displaying lines for the NFL, NBA and MLB, Gov. Jack Markell Thursday signed a sports betting bill into law at a ceremony inside the VIP room at Delaware Park racetrack and casino.
After signing the legislation Markell said his administration looks forward to working with the state's three racinos to make the Delaware sports lottery as successful as possible.

Maryland Lottery to join Cash4Life game in early 2016
Includes audio report
Maryland gambling officials issued their approval Thursday for the state to join the multi-state Cash4Life game starting in early 2016.
Cash4Life, which started in 2014 as a two-state game played in New Jersey and New York, has been popular with players and is steadily adding new member states. In addition to the original two states, the game currently is offered in Pennsylvania and Virginia.
Our expectation is to join them probably in January or February, said Go

Woman sues casino that offered her steak dinner instead of $43 million jackpot
Most machines will automatically print a ticket. Say you have $1100 in the machine, you hit for $300, it'll stop play momentarily and print up a ticket so to avoid paying taxes since you went over the $1200 limit. Don't know if LP members follow slots like I do, but Nevada is trying to get the IRS to increase it from $1200 to a higher amount. A couple of years ago the IRS wanted to lower it like $600, but their lobbyists successfully got that stupid idea nixed. Now...I wish there were lottery lo
