Help needed for my L(27,6,4,3) = 85 covering design
The UK National Lottery Wheeling Challenge is to find the smallest number of combinations in 6 from 49 that will guarantee at least one 2-match or 3-match. Am I the only person on the planet interested in breaking the current records of 163 combinations for a 3-match and 19 combinations for a 2-match?

I think that playing in a syndicate gives more chances to win. I've read somewhere that 1/3 of all Jackpot winners in UK national lottery were syndicates.I think the only problem with them is a management. Just to be sure you get your money.Maybe the best way is a syndicate covered by third party company.
