Lottery manager resigns after charged with bribery
A Florida Lottery regional manager has resigned, just days after he was charged with seeking kickbacks from a Starke convenience store owner.
Donnie Hamilton, manager of the 12-county lottery district headquartered in Gainesville, resigned Monday. TN Lottery board meets today, to hear Georgia proposal
The Tennessee Lottery Corporation Board is expected to hear a proposal Monday from Georgia officials about a potential deal between the state games.
The board's second meeting begins at 1:00 pm (Central).
The proposal involves pooling resources and expertise to keep down costs associated with the Tennessee and Georgia lotteries.
