Arizona lawmakers vote to extend state lottery
You can put money on it: Arizona is likely to have a state lottery for the next 25 years. The state House of Representatives on Monday voted to create a new lottery that would begin in mid-2012, when the current game expires. Arizona Lottery's Cash 4 game starts today
The Arizona Lottery's newest game has its first drawing this evening. Cash 4 is traditional lotto-style game, with four numbers drawn from a pool of 26 numbers. Players win prizes by matching 2, 3, or all 4 of the numbers drawn on their game ticket. Tickets for the new game can be purchased between 4 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. every day.
