A woman has claimed the winning ticket in a $131.5 million Powerball drawing that she bought at a Philadelphia beer store last month. Lottery officials say Upper Darby resident Patricia Chandler turned in the winning ticket Tuesday from the June 22, 2013, Powerball drawing.
