Pennsylvania Mega Millions lottery sales falling short of target
So far, the Mega Millions lottery game hasn't been the big winner Pennsylvania Lottery officials predicted. Lottery officials hoped Mega Millions would generate $80 million in sales by June 30, the end of the fiscal year. Sales for the multi-state lottery game with big jackpots similar to Powerball began Jan. 31. From February through April, Mega Millions generated $26.2 million in sales.
