The odds are against something this odd. A Nebraska Lottery official says the winning numbers for the state's Pick 3 lottery on Tuesday were exactly the same as the winning combination from the night before. Lottery spokesman Brian Rockey says one of two lottery computers that randomly generate combinations picked the numbers 1, 9 and 6 in that order for Monday night's drawing. He says the other computer picked the same three numbers Tuesday in the same sequence. The odds of such an occ

Triples are on a roll in Maryland. Sunday night's winning Pick 3 numbers were 5-5-5, making it the second triple drawn in just one week. That brings the total number of triples drawn since the beginning of the current fiscal year to eight. Add in a quad in the Pick 4 drawings, and The Maryland Lottery has paid out $17.6 million to players of triples and quads since the first of July. Tenn. lawmakers want to force lottery to drop computer draws
There is new discussion in the Tennessee Legislature about the possibility of the state lottery going back to using ping-pong balls to select the Cash 3 and Cash 4 winners.
