NC lottery to begin Pick 3 midday game in spring
The North Carolina Education Lottery wants to begin a midday numbers drawing early this spring. Lottery executive director Tom Shaheen says the Pick 3 drawing would be performed identically to the numbers drawing held every night. The midday drawing would be held Monday through Saturday.
