Arkansas Lottery ticket sales outage caused by severed fiber lines
The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery experienced an outage Friday, July 21, which affected the sale of draw game tickets.
The outage began after a work crew severed two fiber lines near the North Shore Business Park in Little Rock.
The system was amended by around 11:00 p.m. the evening of July 21st for about 90 percent of stores, according to a press release from the lottery.

Two Delaware men are claiming they haven't seen a penny of the $2 million they say the state lottery owes them after a computer glitch spewed out multiple matching numbers.

Irish lottery site and ticket machines hit by DDoS attack
Customers trying to buy tickets for the 12 million (US$13 million) Ireland Lotto draw found themselves unable to do so for nearly two hours.
The jackpot was the largest in 18 months.

California Lottery computer glitch shuts down terminals
It's an unlucky day for the California Lottery.
A computer glitch on Monday shut down lottery terminals around the state, preventing players from getting numbers for Powerball and other games. Only the scratch-off tickets were still being sold.

Half of all lottery retailers across New Jersey were not been able to issue any tickets from Friday night through Monday as a result of a technical issue, a state Treasury spokesman confirmed Monday.

Western Canada Lottery glitch causes ticket errors
The Western Canadian Lottery Corporation (WCLC) is advising customers to recheck their tickets following a system problem.
Officials said a delay in the draw results may mean that winning tickets weren't correctly identified.
