The tiers DO work in your set of numbers. They show that you have duplicated some predictions, which some people may believe makes those duplicated numbers more likely to hit. I would play the tier 2 numbers myself.

This is a first . This is the first time I can remember seeing a strategy that ended up with the word profit at the end. LOL
Really,,,,Up until now... most of the play strategies that I have seen here ended up saying ...."well at least we lose a lot less money this way." So....this is quite a change. Profit huh? Hmmm , I'll bet we can tweek this a little more and improve it.
Here is a prediction for ya.... I'll bet it ends up with us playing mostly a large group of doubles .......and in combination with some sort of "Wait and See then Shoot Strategy" Wait -See-and-Shoot

Just a side note. That was really a strange group of 100 numbers. Those synthetic PRNG's that Ca. uses in their draws throw out some unusual results. Check this out....
Out of a 100 random draw results I would expect to have approx. 27 doubles show up. This particular example in Calif. had 29. That's OK ...... but I have never seen this pattern of doubles before.
With-in the 29 doubles that showed up I would expect to find around a 10% representation of each double. We should expect around Three ...11's three 22's three 33's etc etc. Right? No...wrong . We had double 00's show up 9 times!! Thats like 30% of the total doubles. Very odd. Gross as a matter of fact. This reminds me of that girl in "Young Frankenstein".....named .... .Ms ABBY Normal ...LOL
The point of this side note is to say........ No matter what the system ....old Mother Nature and Random chance will throw out a curve to mess up any Strategies Nervous system. They will only be as perfect as their last win will allow. It will always be gambling....more..and hopefully in our case less.

Gee whiz Blackapple.....dont ask me to predict on PA. I just don't know their stats. I will say based on the examples here .....the best time to play a bunch of 6 ways is after the doubles are seemingly ....and statistically finished doing their thing. After subtracting as many of the recent hits as one dared from the play group to lower cost ....the odds are more in favor of a profit. There's that word again.

ok..... here are your choices takeitez: 015, 016, 017, 018, 019, 025, 026, 027, 028, 029, 035, 036, 037, 038, 039, 045, 046, 047, 048, 049
Now here is the way my brain works. First ...
I would prefer that Pa. just finished having ...2 doubles not just one before using this method.
Next ...I noticed that you included 3 recent hits from Pa. the 017 and 026 036. I would drop those 3 at least.
Then I noticed (in the last 30 days) of the last 9 hits from my 60 list on Pa. Eve. that.....all of them had a Zero in them(except 531) which is half my list.
About half are zero and half one's. So I would add a bunch of the One's choices like
137 123 124 125 126 127 128 129 and keep some of the zero's on your list...like
025 027 028 029 047. Saves a little ...hope not to much.

Win d: 83 plays x 60 x $0.25 = $1,245 bet

29 box hits and 5 straight hits

If playing straights only: $1,125 paid back for a small loss

If playing box only: $1,275 paid back for a small win

CalifDude: 58 plays x 50 x $0.25 = $725 bet

12 box hits and 4 straight hits

If playing straights only: $900.00 paid back for a good profit.

If playing box only: 15 x 37.50 + 1 x 75.00 (a double) = $637.50 paid back for a loss

Hello tntea,
I am stuck in my ways and pretty much separate the 2 draws......and so I did give a quick look for Blackapple today and looked over the Night time draws in Pa. It was positioned with one double.....and I said not much confidence in playing this method tonight on the night game. However, you can see how I thought about the steps to prepare to play at night......they would work for the day draw as well.
I'll tell ya one thing ....... with all those doubles on Midday ....this is a lot better chance for this method of play. Heck ,,,, its 50/50 now ....cause now that I have just looked at your Day draws ....and all those doubles stacked up. I would say this store is open for business. (6 ways)
You might go back like I did for the night game and try to subtract several of the more recent Day hits from the play group.
I have to say this..... PA draws are not nice.....Wow you guys get a lot of strange stuff! Hurts my feelings just to look at it. LOL Just on midday alone during the last 60 days you should expect 16.2 doubles right? You guys just had your 27th double ! The last 4 of which all .....had digit 2 swing numbers. Wow.. Have you guys been on a doubles drought for years or something? Ha
