  Jeb Bush (don't know why Todd likes him so much other than he's Republican) disallowed FL's entry into Powerball even though the previous governor approved it.

  I don't know why you hate him so much.  Anyone who picks a governor solely based on their stance on a multistate game is .  Have you looked at any of Jeb Bush's attributes other than the Powerball thing?  Didn't think so.

  I didn't say I hate him, or the President for that matter. I just don't like the idea of our chief executive opposing multi-state lottery games.

  The chief executive has nothing to do with multi-state lottery games.  How many times do I have to tell you that?  You keep posting this same stuff over and over, and I keep telling you that the president has nothing to do with it.  It is a state matter, and the president couldn't do anything about it, even if he wanted to.

  i could see FL going multi-state in the near future. i think that with the hurricanes damaging lottery sales, they will need something to bring them back up.

  FL needs a multi-state game before Alabama approves a lottery.

  i don't think we need to worry about alabama starting a lottery before FL goes multi-state.

    Florida should go Powerball, since they're very much the only state that does not either have Powerball or border a state that has Powerball (other than Alaska and Hawaii, of course), while one of its border states has Mega Millions (Georgia).

  Remember tha FL has term limits on the governorship, so Jeb Bush can't be governor forever.

  I twice had a dream that FL joined Powerball. It was a nice dream because I was home again, and I could play Powerball there.

  the GOP is fearful that if jeb bush runs in 2008, citizens will be fearful of a bush dynasty in the US.
