Lastnight hit 065 im playing 93 diffrent number combo's so that 93.00 bucks @.50straight, .50 Box
Is this a smart move yes or no.
What did you profit?... I would not play that amount of money away.. find a system that works for you..
In the end I lost 60.00 dollars or so......
Hansel, this is way too many combos to play and way too much in dollars to bet on one drawing.
Part of playing the Pick 3 is that you have to manage your betting. Look at how much you m ay spend and consider that if you do get a hit that day, how much profit will you make? If you play 93 combos just boxed (not straight) at 50 cents, it will cost you $46.50....this means if you do get a hit that day, (usually the prize for a fifty-cent box is about 40 bucks) you will not have won. Instead, you will have lost $6.50 !
If you play those combos straight-only at fifty cents and hit, yeah, you will make a profit. But the odds of hitting a straight with any one combo are 1,000 to 1 against you. Those are still very tough odds to buck.
Remember, it doesn't matter if you play one combo or one hundred combos; each combo standa alone. That means that if yo play one combo straight, the odds against you hitting are 1,000 to 1 against you and if you play 100 combos straight, the odds are still 1,000 to 1 against you. Playing more combos does not reduce your odds ! All it does is empty your wallet !
Do not spend more than you can afford to lose on any one day. Study the past histories and try and find a method that works to reduce the odds aga=inst you in the particular game yo play. Even the best systems posted here on LP still require luck. They don't hit even half the time. That is no reflection on the players posting. That is simply how the Pick 3 works. If the game were so easy to crack, the states would stop offering it, because the games are out there in order to make money for the states; not to create thousands of winners.
