  Just because it doesn't have a cash option? C'mon. I agree with you about Lucky For Life (in PA), and NY Lotto. But the way the jackpot is paid alone makes a game bad? At least the payout of lower tier prizes is fair. But then again, I tend to look at things half full rather then half empty.
