Although what I am about to share is NOT the method I'm using, I may go to it for one or two states. It takes more time to do than most methods, but I shared this with another member of LP and it worked!
Minnesota is not one of the states I normally predict, but when the "break the code" was mentioned, it got my juices flowing!
You can break down the 220 numbers that we all know and love so well into 4 groups of 55. They are Even/Low, Even/High, Odd/Low, and Odd/High. Choose the right group of 55 to play and your odds have reduced to 1:4 (or at least it would seem!!).
I just did an analysis of the last 25 draws from Minnesota. Here is what I found:
Thu, Jun 9, 2005 9-3-5 O/H */- 1
Wed, Jun 8, 2005 0-2-3 O/L -/* 1
Tue, Jun 7, 2005 5-3-4 E/L -/* 0

Fri, Jun 3, 2005 9-7-2 E/H -/- 0
Thu, Jun 2, 2005 1-5-3 O/L -/- 1

Mon, May 16, 2005 9-5-5 O/H -/- 0
Sun, May 15, 2005 1-7-0 E/L -/- 2
Sat, May 14, 2005 0-7-8 O/H */- 1
Fri, May 13, 2005 4-8-1 O/L */* 1
Thu, May 12, 2005 1-1-7 O/L -/- 1
Wed, May 11, 2005 6-7-9 E/H
Odd/Even stayed the same = 10
Odd/Even changed = 19
High/Low stayed the same = 13
High/Low changed = 16
No digits repeat = 7
One digit repeats = 18
Two digits repeat = 3
Three digits repeat = 1
So, looking at that analysis, you would be best to play:
Opposite Odd/Even
Opposite High/Low
One digit repeat
Since the last draw was 935 (O/H), you would want to play Even/Low with only 1 digit repeat (a double still counts as a 1 digit repeat unless there was the same double in the previous draw).
Taking the 55 Even/Low numbers and keeping just the numbers that have ONE digit repeat...we have:
013
015
019
033
037
123
125
129
134
136
138
145
149
233
237
334
336
338
347
That's 19 tickets to play. I have NOT tried this in my own predictions, but I have shared it with other people and it worked for them. I think I will try it for Minnesota for awhile to see what happens.
As always...no guarantees...no claims...just trying to help.
