From July 1-31, the Louisiana Lottery will be offering a special deal on Lotto tickets. They will sell 5 Lotto picks for the price of 4 for a single drawing. I wish they'd allow it for multiple drawings, but that's not the case. Does anyone think it will increase sales?

Sales will remain the same, number of tickets sold will increase 25%
