almost 90 percent would remain anonymous.i wonder if these stats would also reflect the general lottery playing population if a survey was done.

I'm sure more of the regular population would also choose to say anonymous, but the people in charge will not allow that to happen. They need to prove that real people like you and me can and do win the lottery.
