  I voted "yes...in the distant future." Since Tennessee isn't currently listed as one of the participating states (see this thread for info: Goodbye Lotto South, Hello Win for Life ), I doubt that they'll be joining this year.
  
  However, if the Win For Life game successful, I think they'd probably join in early 2007.

  My guesstimation is around June '06 for Tennessee to decide, announce they're joining, first of August to begin sales.  Sticking my neck way out .... only a guess.

  My vote is that TEN joins win for life but at a distant future.
