  OK, I get a survey in the mail and they really want input because there's a dollar bill in the envelope to get you to fill it out. And there's samples of how to do it on the first page, how they want the boxes marked X and a sample of how they want numbers filled in, using the number 427 as an example.

  Who is going to pass this up? They give me 427 and a buck, right. So I play 427 Straight Box $1 in the Illinois evening Pick3.

  Here comes the numbers.....4  oooh ! oooh ! 2......  uuuuu  uuuuuuu   0!
