  When's the best time to play California Super Lotto? I want to only play if the winnings are considered high for that lotto.  Betslips is a little expensive, this is why I ask.  For example, 80 Million was pretty high for the Florida lotto,, so that's why I played.

  Betslip is actually pretty cheap and a good deal. I have problems with their current payment provider click2pay but hopefully they will add more choices. Tickets are only $2 which considering the price of gas and airlines tickets is a good deal and the pick 3/4 is a great deal. Considering the odds are 42 million to one and the cash payout is 45% I would buy tickets when it's close to 80 million. That would be my limit even if I lived there.
