I wrote and sent these to a very few people a long time ago:
It might be a little outdated info, but some-things there might still apply or work for some pick 3 lotteries.
Say that you have a list of the 120 single basic numbers
and or doubles, first pick only combinations that have at least 1 digit that is the same from the last 2 draws
either from the day or from the night (remember you have to separate the day from the night draws) that will
eliminate some of the 120 and or 90 numbers, then add the digits of the last day or night draw, day if you are playing day and night if you are playing night, get the sums of the last 3 to 7 day or night draws and also get the last 3 to 7 roots ( 683=17 sum and 8 root, 000=0 sum and 0 root, 111=3 sum and 3 root, 999= 27 sum and 9 root), you have to check and experiment on paper at all times when you do this to determine just how many sums and or roots you will use as filters, then you will write down this root and sum numbers ona paper and any combinations out of the 120 and or 90 numbers that have any of these sums and or roots you will not play.
So you use the sums and roots from the last 3 to 7 draws as filters of combos that you will not play from the list of pick 3 numbers, you can also use numbers that you got from some program, system, method or Lottery Post prediction or whatever and use the above methods to reduce the number of picks to play.
Also the regular sums and sums root filter uses the whole 3 digit pick 3 number ( 407=11 sum and 1+1=2 root)
But I discovered that you can also use any 2 pick3 digits (5)93=12 sum and 3 root and 59(3)=14 sum and 5 root and 5(9)3=8 sum and 8 root, Do you understand?
So every Pick3 number such as 427 has 4 sums and 4 roots.
Say that the last draws number was: 249 then you would not for the next draw any numbers that has a total (all 3 digits) sum of 15, also you would not play any numbers
that had roots of 6, also the first two digits are 24=6 sum and 6 root, so you would not play any numbers whose
first two digits and sums and or roots of 6.
the last two numbers are 49=13 sum and 4 root, so you would not play any numbers next whose last two numbers have sums of 13 and or roots of 4.
The two out side numbers are 2x9=11 sum and 2 root, so you would not play next any numbers whose two outer digits have sums of 11 and or roots of 2.
These are new ways of using old filters that I discovered, study the past winning draws and determine from how many of them how you can use their sums and or roots as filters for numbers not to play on the next draw, do all these on paper many times untill you now just how many past draws are safe to use, if you use too
many sums and roots from past draws you will also eliminate the winning number and you don't want to do that. this new filter are my discovery I think so for the moment untill I am ready to tell everybody, keep it to your self, using this sums and root filter you can eliminate many bad combos.
Now If you was using P34 Lotto or some other such program or positional wheel as MikeK's Pick3 Positional
Wheel and if you would star with the 1000 numbers then you could use other filter first before using the ones that I told you about above.
First the next added filters and the 1000 pick3 numbers
you would use to play straight, you can also use them to play boxed if you also use the box filter from P34 Lotto
or some other program that has the box filter.
Anyhow how have 3 pick3 positions and 10 numbers (0 to 9) to choose for every position:
0 0 0
1 1 1
2 2 2
3 3 3
4 4 4
5 5 5
6 6 6
7 7 7
8 8 8
9 9 9
But 10 numbers for position is too many, 10x10x10=1000 combos.
Before you wheel the numbers you want to eliminate some of these numbers.
first, if the last pick3 draw number was 471, you would eliminate the 4 from the first (Left) position, the 7 from the second (middle) position and the 1 from the third (right) position, that would leave 9x9x9
But that is not enough so:
You have to develop and use one or two filters such as these that I made.
-1,-4,x, plus one number above and one numer below for all positions, this is what these means:
If the last number was 471 you:
4-1=3
7-4=3
1=1
And one number above and one below per each position:
2 2 0
3 3 1
4 4 2
4 7 1
You eliminate the numbers 2,3 and 4 from the first position.
the digits 2,3,4 and 7 from the second position
the digits 0,1 and 2 from the tird position
so know you have:
7x6x7=294 combos to play sraight or to reduce more with other filters.
That is too many so we have to reduce more.
so we also have:
+1,+5,-1
The last number was 471.
4+1=5
7+5=2 7,8,9,0,1,2 = 2 the numbers are from 0 to 9 and so
you add and or substract them from 0 to 9 like this 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0,1,2 and so on.
So so far we have:
4+1=5
7+5=2
1-1=0 and Add and substract one number from each digit:
4 1 9
5 2 0
6 3 1 and the original last draw 471
4 7 1 and the numbers from the first above filter:
2 2 0
3 3 1
4 4 2
So we eliminate:2,3,4,5 and 6 from the first position.
1,2,3,4 and 7 from the second position.
0,1,2 and 9 from the tird position.
so now we have:
5x5x6=150 combos to play or to reduce more with other filters.
So now that we have only 150 combos to play, we will use the odd-even and the high-low filters.
The last draw was 471 so it was E-O-O
the the draw before that one was 923 O-E-O
So the 471 is L-H-L and the 923 H-L-L
So now we will eliminate out of the 1000 or the above 150 numbers all the numbers that are:
EOO
OEO
LHL
HLL
0,2,4,6 and 8 are even digits
1,3,5,7 and 9 are odd
0,1,2,3 and 4 are low digits
5,6,7,8 and 9 are high.
Now that all those even-odd and low-high combos have been eliminated we will use the sums and root filters to eliminate more combos and of what ever is left you will eliminate any numbers that don't have at least one digit from the last two draws.
The numbers that are left you play straight, if there are too many then you can use the box filter and whatever is left after, that you can play boxed.
At the moment, I am also working on another very special filter if I get it to work O.K. I will let you know about it later, it's a combination of two filters.
