  what state seems hardest to you in regards to getting a pick 3 or pick 4 hit?

  Having played quite a few and never hitting one, I'd say Illinois - but, Pick 3, Pick 4, wouldn't they all be the same?

  Or are you talking patterns or something?

  It seems like here in Oregon with the more draws that they are changing alot and are hard to keep a finger on.  I have not been able to hit when I play pick4 here in Oregon although I do not play very much now and when I do it is usually a QP.-weshar75

  It seems to be Delaware, maybe because I live here, but I can go for three or four years before I can even hit for $40.00 and they have computerized drawings here to I hate it.. I need to be cooled down because it makes me hot to think about computer drawings I voted to do away with it.

  I see 3333 is making it's way around the states. When do you think it's going to make it's way to Delaware?????. Does anybody have a clue  Thanks!!!!!!!

  I would say Idaho. We also have computerized Pick 3 and I hate it. I have gotten it a few times, but not that often. I have hit other states more then I have hit my own.

  Delaware Lottery is the hardest to win by a long shot, the computer has total control of results nothing random about it. Just follow it , it doesn't take long see it.

  delaware by far is the hardest....i play everyday  why i dont know cause they cheat so bad its not funny..they hace computerized drawings and they suck...lesonook

  Oklahoma is by far the worst.....well at least for me! I think they wait to see what ticket I buy then they make sure to weigh those number balls with sinkers or something!

  Since 1/1/93, if Delaware was doing two draws a day they would have drawn a total of 9934 numbers as of this evening . If it's impossible for every number to have been drawn, how could any of them be overdue?

  i agree.i nearly got wiped out playing oklahoma online.i finally had to throw in the towel.went back to playing pick 4.
