  Rt sum 4 is way overdue in both the midday and evening draws.  We should get a "balance of the force" very soon. 

  When looking at the rt sum = 4, there are 64 combos.  So to reduce we need to look at the whole dataset.  Taking into account that 6 of those combos are LLLL or HHHH (total sum 4 and 31), these are uncommon, so let's remove them.  The numbers that have been hitting the most in any rt sum have been the EEOO over a 30 day period.  As it turns out the rt sum which has a total of 22 encompasses all of these plus EEEE and OOOO which are also rare.  If we eliminate these we are down to a respectable 29 combos:

   

  0049 0058 0067 0139 0148 0157 0166 0229 0238 0247 0256 0337 0346 0355 0445 1129 1138 1147 1156 1228 1237 1246 1255 1336 1345 2236 2245 2335 2344

   

  The last number in the set is a LLLL, but let's keep that one to complete the set which is from the total sum of 13.....
