  Has anyone else received an e-mail with this.wmv file?

  Its' an audio of a suppossed call to 911, the first screen says this call ewas made Dec 18, 2003. A woman says here mailman is passed out. The dispatcher tells her to calm down so he can help her, she's screaming, and then you hear a thud.

  The dispatcher says, What was that?", and she says, "He started breathing again." This happens a couple of times, and then she says, "I gave him a scratcher and he won $200,000.I tried to get the scratcher back and hit him on the head with a fry pan. "

  This goes on a little while longer, then at the end it says

  Washington Lottery.  

  Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any. So many systems, so many theories, so few jackpot winners. 

  

  There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.

  Guess I'll have to start reading the blogs, despite the rumor about the evil monkey that lives in one of them.

      I bet most of us have heard this violent " fun-draiser " 

      " Man-abuse " is a great attention getter these days...It's apparently working well for the Washington Lottery Promoters! Who isn't going to know about them now whether it's an official ad of theirs or not?

     That strategy would work well for any promoter, wouldn't it? ...It's too bad that the point someone was making is that anyone can BEAT the system if you HIT the right ticket after doing a little scratching with frying-pan frenzy! Martha Stewart should have played the part...  :) Go postal on the Posties...

     Now...How funny would that clip have been if a male/female role reversal was used to promote the greed? Them Trojan " gift-horse " Lottery Ladies aren't really that vicious, are they?  :)
