Not sure what you are asking. Are you looking for the next spot of each number in the next set? Although, each draw is theoretically random, there are patterns. And patterns can have multiple conditions associated with them(ex. If A then 1 or If B then 2)
Please clarify what you mean when you say "find the proper spot of any digit in each row..."

each set is an example of the way the system figured. from one set predict with accutacy one digit in any spot then the next set predict one digit in a spot it must be in the correct spot one set at a time, each set represnts a digt of the next nymber to play. i would explain more how it works except that would put you in the same thanking as me, i am looking for a diffrent view, this system is all math and if you look closely you will see they all have the same make up in there figures.

All these numbers have a certain pattern, but the pattern won't make sense unless the 3rd number in set 1 changes to something like 6307, 9097, 9187, 9277, 9367, etc. If indeed you have made a mistake on number 3 in set 1. I might have some info for you. Let me know, -POGO-

The last number in row 1 of each set is 1 less than. Lottoman, does this give us 2 things we now know?

Sorry, I was not completely clear. The last number in row 1 of each set is 1 less than the last number in row 1 of the prior set. Lottoman, does this give us 2 things we now know?

Known so far
1) 3rd digit of each set is the same for all 3 (5,9,6,5)
2) 2nd number in third row of sets 1,2,3 equal 2nd number in 2nd row of sets 2,3,4, respectively.
3) each set has a repeating number in the first column (7's, 1's, 4's and 3's)
4) set 3 and set 4 have 2 duplicate rows (4062, 3951)
5)Sums all even
Set1 set2 set3 set4
22 18 12 18
22 24 12 24
23 18 16 18

NOt enough info, can't see where it's going
sounds like a problem for Microsoft Excel.

Notice Patterns:
9's - form a box
4's - 1st pillar
3's - 2nd pillar
& what I thought is suppose to be 7 6 combo going diagonally up from left to right (assuming the lower left number is incorrect)
