  3 would be fine with me so i voted yes on 3 draws a day and i know i would end up spending more money per week on lottery.

  well  i  will  put  it  to  you  like  this,, where  i  live  in  the  bahamas,,  we  play  three  times  a  day,,  we  use  illinois  at  12.40pm   we  use  fla  at  8.00pm  and  illinois  at  9.20pm   and  we  are  just  a  star  on  the  map,,  by  having  three draws   it  gives   people  who  work  those  funny  shifts  a  chance  to  donate  funds  to  the  treasury  by  playing  numbers,,,  if  they  win  hooray  for  them.....if  they  lose  hooray  for  the  treasury who  get to  do  some  good  things  with  the  money,, like  fix  roads,,  schools   street  signs,,  take care  of  the  not  so  forturnate,,,, so  a  little  goes  a  long  way,,,,

  In my made-up "ideal" state, New Kidcon, the lottery has three draws for it's Daily Numbers game. I guess that means I'm for it.

  I only play once a day, but I do like the "midnight" draw idea. Heck, I could go for a semi-hourly as well.
