*Feels like his posts are getting ignored.*
At this point I'd still say he's no where near as bad as Daniel Snaycertainly should be open to being sued successfully. But I wouldn'twish him Topous well either. I doubt there's going to be any lawsuit when it comes to the girl (she'd be 21 or 22 now) against Fred Topous from the details in a link to a story in a previous post I made. Though the info I read does seem like quite the predator behavior, how many 35 year old men befriend 13 year old girls?! Bosses daughter or not but I doubt it'll happen and if it did he'd probably win or settle if to get it over with quicker and potentially cheaper. I'll post part of the article here related to this.
According to police and court records, Topous, then 35, befriendedthe 13-year-old daughter of his boss. Her mother became suspiciousabout a new boyfriend her daughter would only talk about and calledpolice after she came home with alcohol on her breath, according toGrand Traverse County Sheriff's Department reports.
Topous told investigators the girl and her sister would stop by hisKingsley home periodically and would help themselves to beer in hisrefrigerator. He denied a sexual relationship, and "stated that he hada wife and kids and that he would never 'do that to them,'" policereports said.
When asked to take a lie-detector test, he sat for a few seconds and said he wanted a lawyer, documents note.
The victim told police she visited his home several times and hadspent the night there. She said she had sexual intercourse with himtwice in early 1999 after drinking alcohol.
"No, he didn't force me," she wrote in a statement.
A minor cannot legally consent to sexual relations.
Originally charged with third-degree sexual assault and furnishingalcohol to a minor, Topous pleaded guilty to the assault with intentcharge. He was sentenced to 5 1/2 to 10 years in prison.
After the defense attorney described the relationship as consensual,Grand Traverse County Circuit Judge Philip Rodgers Jr. condemned theact at sentencing, according to a court transcript, stating it would be"impossible" to put enough alcohol into the men in his courtroom to getthem in bed with a 13-year-old.

If Fred Topous gets another felony I'm pretty sure he'd be staying in prison for a good long time. But he can afford a good attorney now of course so who knows.
