The fact that there isn't a lot of posts here is actually a GOOD thing, from my perspective.
It's a support forum. So it means there isn't a lot of need for support -- meaning that it works really well (after 1 year and 3 months), and it's very easy to use.
You install the gadget, and it shows the accurate results. Not much to talk about, unless it doesn't work. You can bet this forum would be filled with complaints if that were the case!
The gadget is available in MANY different places, not just that one site you pasted the text from. There are somewhere around 100,000 lottery results gadgets in use, but I'm not sure what the exact count is right now, since I haven't checked in a while. It may be more than that.
From a programmer's perspective, I'm one proud papa, because the original design, which I spent a long time fiddling with until I was happy, has proved to be very robust to be able to handle that many simultaneous users. And the speed of the lottery results is just as fast today as when I was testing it with no users online. I didn't even need to do an interim bug-fix release. Pretty amazing.
I am working on a new release that I hope to come out with in the coming months. Basically a refinement of the original, with a more flexible interface, and I'll probably do a lot of testing in Windows 7, because that new operating system gets rid of the Sidebar and places all of the gadgets directly on the desktop.
(The current gadget works great with Windows 7, but I'm going to see if there are any additional things I can do with it.)
